Launch DO’S & DON’TS
- DO start planning early; three to six months in advance
- DO take advantage of all platforms of media (social media, audio, video, blogs, etc.)
- DO locate a great launch location. Face-to-face encounters are still beneficial
- DO provide merch, including free stuff
- DO put together a launch team
- DON’T take your audience for granted; engage them throughout your book writing & launch
- DON’T hide who you are; allow your personality to shine through
- DON’T allow your initial launch to be a “one and done”
- DON’T quit too soon
